meditation mentoring

 

​Meditation mentoring can support the deepening of awareness and wisdom in your practice and daily life. Talking about your practice with a teacher or mentor is a rare investment in yourself. It can bring you into a deeper relationship with who and what you care most about. And it can become a vehicle for experiencing your life as inextricable from your practice. For many of us, this means more patience, more steadiness, more moments of feeling glad to be alive, grateful, and connected – anytime. Even when things feel bumpy or uncertain.

​This class will be a 50-minute online gentle movement class that supports the cultivation of awareness through simple, mindful movement meant to settle and balance the nervous system. This class draws from qigong, yoga, and meditation. All movements are done standing. No experience necessary. TBD in April 2026. â€‹
